He currently is with the Maryland Aviation Administration, (MAA) serving in the Office of Fair Practices and in the capacity of Assistant Director. He also served as President of the Maryland Hispanic Business Conference; (MDHBC) is a founding member of the Baltimore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, founding member/First Chair of the annual Maryland Hispanic Business Conference, Founder/former President of the board of the Latino Center of Baltimore, (Centro De La Comunidad) and 14 years as President/CEO of M&W Medical Equipment, Inc. He is a Veteran of the US Armed Services, serving honorably in the US Navy. Throughout his business career, Bill has been known for, and continues to be a strong advocate for the Small Minority Business Community at large, to include the Latino/Hispanic Business Community in the State of Maryland and Nationally.
