Angela Martin is the Director, Office of Fair Practices with the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA), which operates the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall). Ms. Martin joined the MAA in July, 2005 and she is responsible for the management and operation of the state MBE program, the federal DBE and ACDBE programs, as well as EEO/Affirmative Action and Title VI programs.

She has more than 29 years of transportation experience in the MBE/DBE/ACDBE programs area and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University, a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from The University of Dayton. Ms. Martin also spent ten years with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and six years with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.
