Mr. Frazier has 39 years of experience in the business development, finance, banking, and marketing fields. His strong leadership in project financing and public / private development contracts has been instrumental in garnering new business and growth for numerous small and minority business contractors in the state of Maryland, as well as the Mid-Atlantic region. He is committed to utilizing small business and minority subcontractors and craftsmen at all levels of project implementation when others may choose to rely on larger, single source contractors. Mr. Frazier demonstrates patience in working effectively with community leaders, corporate industry leaders, federal, state and municipal agencies. His highly developed negotiating and lending financing expertise is keenly demonstrated in his ability to build consensus and handle the hard decisions. Mr. Frazier is known for his innovative and creative approach to designing and implementing diversity inclusion policy and procedures. Mr. Frazier has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University. Currently, he is the President of the MD. Washington Minority Companies Association (MWMCA) an association that advocates for minority business inclusion and consults with major corporations on diversity inclusion. Mr. Frazier is proud of MWMCA’s proven track record of assisting 100’s of minority and women-owned businesses in winning over $500 million in contract work since 2003.
